Nirvana Yachts & Boats (hereafter referred to as “the Club”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content available on our Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to considering or booking boat services provided by the Club.

 The Club grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the boat-related information solely to consider or book services provided by the Club. This license does not permit use for commercial purposes, republication, resale, or the creation of derivative works.

Overview:
The Club offers multiple Membership Packages, including Sealux, Sea Dweller, Elite, and Royal. Each package has its own specific terms and benefits, which are detailed separately and may include additional conditions.

Payment:
By purchasing a Membership Package, you agree to pay the applicable fees associated with your chosen package. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the package-specific terms.

Usage:
Members are entitled to the benefits outlined in their respective Membership Packages for the duration specified. The Club reserves the right to modify the benefits, pricing, or terms of any Membership Package with reasonable notice provided to members.

Ownership:
All content available through our Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software—is the property of the Club or its affiliated entities, unless otherwise stated. All information, including images and descriptions of boats or services, is provided by the Club and remains its exclusive property.

Use of Content:
You acknowledge and agree that all photos, videos, and information displayed through our Services are owned by the Club. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, or create derivative works from any such content without prior written consent from the Club.

Internal Use:
You may reproduce or re-use materials solely for internal, non-commercial purposes, provided that such use does not infringe upon the Club’s intellectual property rights.

The Club reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Updates will be posted on our Services and, where applicable, communicated through the contact information you have provided.

Any updated version of these Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of our Services after the effective date of any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
